Find User¶

This application tries to find user by

• dialled users's extension
• calling users's extension
• by its secret code

Typical usage scenarios:

• Automatic attendant. Inbound call from the outer world incomes into system. Smartswitch prompts to enter extension of the person the caller wants to talk to. Then it collects extension from caller (for example, using Wait Extension or Read application), searches username with Find User application (find by extension) and dials the proper user with Dial application.

• Authentication purposes. Smartswitch collects digits from caller and tries to get corresponding user.
