LNP/MNP cache - locally stored table in which E.164 number is mapped to LRN.
This table could be imported/exported manually.
Also it's automatically filled on responses to Smartswitch's LNP/MNP queries from providers of LNP/MNP information.
time - time when this entry has been added or updated.
It's possible to configure automatic cleanup of outdated entries of LNP/MNP cache.
In this case time field will be used to determine whether entry is outdated or not.
