Telemarketing¶

Telemarketing — is a type of a direct marketing, where communication between salesman and customer occurs with help of telephony only.
More specifically, telemarketing – is sales of goods or services by a telephone.

• import of batch of numbers
• automatic dialing of numbers from batch
• playing back interactive voice menu when callee picks up the phone
• in case if callee is interested in goods or service (callee indicates this by pressing DTMF button on the phone), the call may be transferred to Call-center to one of available operators
• Call recording
• using all of available VAS and features from section PBX.
