*PBX* (Private Branch eXchange) - device whoch automatically forwards call signals from one handset to another.
Also *PBX* usually includes a set of [[VAS]], which are intensively used in organizations. 

*Smartswitch* support PBX implementation on its platform.
Also you can use practically all currently known [[VAS]].
