LNP/MNP billing has much in common with Message billing.
However there are several differencies.

Billing unit¶

Unlike Messaging, billing unit is not the amount of text blocks, but a successfully answered query.

Price-lists format¶

For LNP/MNP queries usually E.164 county code, to which number belongs, is billed.
Therefore price-lists have similar format to Telephony.

Billing event.¶

Unlike Telephony, where billing event is phone pickup, in LNP/MNP billing event is a successfully responded query.
For HTTP protocol - it's a response 200 ОК with payload.
