h1. Cost control

1. Application calculates total call cost for an elapsed *period (minutes)*.

2. In case if calculated cost exceeds specified *threshold* - e-mail is send to specified _e-mail_ using specified _mail template_ and _mail account_.

When mail is composed following arguments are passed:
_${PEER}_ - name of a peer, on which there was a check
_${COST}_ - total calls cost for the elapsed period
_${COST_THRESHOLD}_ - threshold value for call cost for elapsed period
