1. Add new user group to Dial-peers -> User groups:
Set name = Virtual PBX
Set dealer = yes (see section Dealer for details)
Set Inbound -> billing pack = Virtual PBX (for local and international calls)
Set Outbound -> billing pack = zero (for calls towards users)
Set Inbound -> route class = External (it has been created in Configuring routing of external calls)
Set Balance -> balance cut-off = yes
Save.
2. Press "+" near Technologies -> SIP.
Save.
3. Press "+" near General -> web-access
Choose role "Virtual PBX administrator".
Save.
4. Save
Press Dial-peers -> User groups (Virtual PBX) -> Check routing.
Specify callee ID = 380442400426.
You should see correct routing to "VoIP termination provider":
In case if you don't see route to "VoIP termination provider", likely you have missed some of steps described.
To debug, when checking routing, specify outbound peer = VoIP termination provider and system will show you, why route to "VoIP termination provider" is absent in route list.
