1. Go to Dial-peers -> User groups
Press Dial-peers -> User groups (Managers) -> Check routing.
Specify callee ID = 380442400426.
You should see routing to "VoIP termination provider":
In case if you don't see the route to "VoIP termination provider", you've likely missed some of configuration steps.
To debug, when checking routing, specify outbound peer = VoIP termination provider and system will show you, why there is no route to "VoIP termination provider" in the list of routes.
