Configuring routing of number 12123388100 for virtual PBX¶
Now we should add a new route class to route calls from originator "DID provider" to number 12123388100.
Incoming call to this number should be routed to VPBX administrator virt001.
1. Go to Telephony -> Routing -> Route classes.
2. Add a new one:
Set name "DID provider"
Set Hunting class to "LCR" for least cost routing.
Save.
3. Go to menu "Rules" at the bottom.
4. Add rule for number 12123388100:
5. Save.
6. Go to menu "Routes" at the bottom and add route to user "virt001":
