Configuring routing of external calls¶

We should add a route class for routing calls from managers to local and international numbers.

1. Go to Telephony -> Routing -> Route classes
2. Add a new:

1. Set name "External"
2. Set Telephony -> billing pack = zero
3. Specify Hunting class "LCR" for Least cost routing.

In "Routes" menu below add a route to terminator "VoIP termination provider" which has been created previously (see Configuring telephony terminator):
