h1. Configuring redirection of incoming call to Ann *Smartswitch* by default directs a call to DID 12123388100 to VPBX administrator virt001. As far as we've setup audio prompt (see [[Upload audio prompt for virtual PBX]]), system will first play it, and then if there is no input of internal extension, will forward a call to SIP phone of virt001. Usually administrator doesn't have to perform a work of a secretary, therefore need to choose a user to whom to forward incoming calls to. In our case this will be Ann. Configuring: 1.
