Call Cancellation Profiles¶
These profiles allow you to cancel calls if their PDD (Post Dial Delay) is within certain limits.
Scammers often configure their FAS and programmatically open the audio channel at a specific time after the call starts, often unrealistically quickly.
This allows Smartswitch to identify such calls as FAS based on the PDD value.
By configuring a Call Cancellation Profile based on PDD duration criteria, you instruct Smartswitch to cancel calls as soon as the system detects that the PDD is within the specified ranges.
